PROJECT DESCRIPTION

An exciting estate in the heart of Penrith, Greater West have constructed multiple stages of streetscape works, an entry statement, Hilltop Park and a regional sports field.

The entry statement works incorporate a low-lying sandstone wall, corten signage and feature timber posts. This is all complimented with feature planting, resulting in a striking entrance to the estate. Hilltop Park provides the local community with a great space to play and relax. The pocket park has a large scramble wall and play equipment for everyone to enjoy. The sports field delivers regional sport facilities for the Penrith area with amenities to match. Along with the green space there are also cricket nets, half-court basketball and play equipment.

This multi-staged project was a great success in blending large, open spaces within a growing community.
